Excavating the catchment and digging down 12 feet. The workers are Returnees. People who fled to Tanzania during the Idi Amin wars. Tanzania recently exiled them back to Uganda after more than 20 years. They are still an unsettled group of Swahili speakers living among southwestern Ugandans who mainly speak Runyankole. Posted by Hello
