Grasshoppers are a seasonal delicacy. I learned how to properly prepare them...first hold the grasshopper by its head and tear off all six legs, one at a time; next, turn it upside down and remove both sets of wings by gently shaking them until they snap off; put into a frying pan and add salt; fry until the grasshopper is crispy and hard; then serve wth a smile. How do they taste you ask? Once you've had one, you just can't get enough. They're that good. Posted by Hello
